01. Is april furniture's furniture completely waterproof?
Yes, because the weather-resistant fabric we use, originally developed for boats and yachts, is extremely durable and resilient in all weather conditions. Thanks to a specially developed method, our fabrics are not only water-resistant but fully waterproof. This ensures that water can never penetrate, allowing the fabrics to dry quickly. An additional treatment also makes water bead off the surface.
02. Can the furniture stand outside all year round?
Our furniture can be left outside without restriction for 12 months of the year. In the cold season from October to March, you should cover the furniture or put it in the garage or cellar. Many customers also use it indoors in winter. The fabrics are suitable for both outdoor and indoor use.
03. Do you have to cover the furniture when it rains?
Our weatherproof upholstered furniture can be left outside in any weather without any problems, even in winter. Rain and storms do no harm. If furniture is directly exposed to the weather all year round without a roof, we recommend using our covers or storing the furniture under cover from October to March. This saves you the time-consuming cleaning in spring and extends the life of the furniture.
04. Do the fabrics fade in the sun?
The fibres of the fabrics are spun-dyed. In this manufacturing process, the acrylic used is already dyed in the liquid state. The fibres are thus dyed through and can no longer fade. The manufacturer Sunbrella therefore guarantees 5 years of light fastness on its fabrics.
05. Can the seat elements be connected to each other?
All lounge elements from april furniture consist of individual modules that can be combined with each other as desired. Simple Velcro connections allow the elements to be joined together. In this way, slipping apart can be prevented.
06. How can I clean the outdoor upholstered furniture?
Basically, it makes sense to brush the fabrics with a soft brush every now and then. Most dirt dries quickly and can be removed with a brush. A microfibre cloth is also excellent for removing dry dirt. If damp cleaning is necessary, the garden hose is often enough to remove it. A microfibre cloth can also be used here. Coarser soiling such as coffee or red wine stains should be removed immediately with water. Otherwise, it makes sense to first brush the furniture at the end of the season and then wash it off with water or our "Clean" cleaning agent. A soft sponge or brush is well suited for wet cleaning.

08. Where can I look at the furniture?

09. How long is the delivery time?
In the seasonal months from March to August, the delivery time is 3 weeks ex works Stuttgart. Shorter delivery times are also possible in the off-season.
10. How is delivery made?
Can I book an assembly service? Our furniture is delivered free of charge to the kerbside in Germany. You can also book delivery to your terrace for an extra charge of €180. The furniture will then be unpacked and the packaging disposed of.
11. What does delivery ex works mean?
Our furniture is produced in Germany. As soon as it is finished, it is handed over to the shipping company. Ex works is the time when the furniture is ready for dispatch and can be handed over to the forwarding agent.
12. What are the warranty conditions at april furniture?
All our products come with a 2-year legal guarantee. Our fabric manufacturer Sunbrella offers a 5-year guarantee for the lightfastness of the fabrics. With good care, our furniture lasts 10 years and longer, so we are happy to provide longer guarantees at the individual request of our customers.
13. What payment methods are offered?
Payments are possible via PayPal, prepayment or credit card payment (Mastercard, Visacard). Alternatively, you can also pay a partial amount in advance and the remaining amount after receipt of the goods, 50% immediately | 50% after delivery.
14. How can I view my order?
